Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all services offered by Witbloom,
including training programs, placement assistance, and recruitment services.
1. Cancellation Policy
a) For Candidates (Training / Placement Services)
- Candidates may request cancellation of their registration or training enrollment by contacting Witbloom through email or phone.
- Cancellation requests must be made before the commencement of training or service.
- Once training sessions, interviews, or placement processes have started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
b) For Employers (Recruitment Services)
- Employers may cancel hiring or recruitment requests by providing written notice to Witbloom.
- If recruitment work has already started (screening, shortlisting, interviews), cancellation may be subject to applicable charges.
2. Refund Policy
a) Candidate Refunds
- Registration fees or service charges, if any, are non-refundable once services have commenced.
- Refunds will be considered only if:
- The service has not started, and
- The cancellation request is approved by Witbloom management.
- No refunds will be provided for:
- Missed training sessions
- Interview no-shows
- Placement outcomes dependent on employer decisions
b) Employer Refunds
- Payments made for recruitment or hiring services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
- Partial refunds, if any, will be evaluated on a case-to-case basis, depending on the stage of service completion.
3. Mode of Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days.
- Transaction or gateway charges, if applicable, will be deducted.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Candidate does not clear interviews
- Candidate withdraws after training starts
- Employer changes hiring requirements midway
- Delays caused by third-party employers
- Incorrect information provided by the candidate or employer
5. Changes to Policy
Witbloom reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
